My first PCP when we moved to this area was Dr Rafael Moreschi. Dr was great, old school and lived up to the oath one takes when they sign up to be a Physician. His front office was a mess. I stopped going to his practice when an annual physical visit was billed as a sick visit because I answered "I am unable to jog because it hurts in the ankle!)!!" - is not prompt to respond to followups. - severe delays to attend / respond and dont stick to appointment times ever.
Very disappointed- waiting for over an hour and a half without any clear communication or resolution is unacceptable, especially when it involves your time and well-being. Being told “just 5 more minutes” repeatedly without follow-through can feel dismissive and disrespectful.
Dr Raj has helped me for many years. He has a wonderful staff that cares. Located in Cary and easy to find. I read people complaining because they had to wait. It’s a blessing you’re not being rushed in and out. Dr Raj will take his time and listen.
Scheduled blood draw on Memorial Day, confirmed open when scheduled, received confirming text open, not opened when arrived. Very poor!
