Honestly I was very sceptical to take my son to this Dr after reading the reviews but I went anyway and I was very pleased with the service we received. 1st we were there on time so we were seen promptly. 2nd a nurse came out to explain to me exactly what he'd be having done and did so thoroughly. I was surprised by this as I've never had that happen before. 3rd upon meeting the Dr she did seem a little rude at first but as I continued speaking with her she readjusted her tone. The dentist was rude and really seems to need anger management.
MY DAUGHTER CAME OUT OF HER OFFICE WITH MARKS ON HER FACE. MY DAUGHTER TOLD ME SHE PINCHED HER AND TOLD HER TO "BE QUIET BC WE DONT TOLERATE BRATS IN HERE" I WAS NOT ALLOWED BACK THERE AND SHE YELLED AT STAFF FOR NOT COLLECTING MONIES UP FRONT FIRST. VERY RUDE DOCTOR AND THERE ARE MANY BAD REVIEWS OF HER. WISH I WOULD OF KNOW ABOUT THIS PRIOR TO MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.
Awful, Awful, Awful! Dr. Johnson was rude and impatient with us and her staff. She is not what you would expect from someone in the pediatric field.
The doctor was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and patient with my daughter. Previous dental professionals devastated her, but Dr. Johnson has won her confidence. I was referred by a friend who was also very pleased. Since our visits began 2 years ago, my daughter and I have recommended MANY!
The doctor was very rude. She did not even introduce herself, nor did she apologize for being 40 minutes late to her office. She was not kid friendly at all. I have no clue why she chose to specialize in pediatrics. One staff member was very sweet.
