Dr Julian seemed like she wanted to help me. I’ve been seeing her for years. The only personal improvement I have made have been through my own desire. Exercise,meditation,hard work has done more than any of my therapy and almost all medications. My teeth are now rotting out due to long term use of psychiatric medication and I’m in my 30s.
