I've been seeing him for a year now and have had a great experience. He listens, he responds and he is very engaging and helpful.
Has very rude receptionist they had me routed and rerouted from billing to various departments for over an hour just to tell me that Dr Bansal doesn’t take new patients: mind you, I had to get authorization forms and do all this unnecessary work for nothing and nobody even thought to mention that. Also all websites you will check - ALL OF THEM - say that he is taking new patients.
