Dr. Vanderwerf recommended a Balloon Sinuplasty procedure done in office. He said there would be little pain and numbing medicine would be applied during the procedure. I told him my nose was NOT numb after medicated pads were in, but he proceeded with surgery anyway. During the first balloon insertion I said again that it was not numb but he continued with jamming it up my nose. I was crying my eyes out. His attendant suggested to apply numbing medicine but he said 'lets just go on'. Miserable
Saw him regarding new ear problem. Seemed uninterested , spent less than 5 minutes with me and end result was "age related". Disappointed, won't go back.
