Appointment was on time. The hygienist was friendly, professional and efficient.Dr Hecklin was his usual self,a friendly and,in my experience with him, an excellent dentist. Same goes for the entire front office staff
When one walks into the office, he/she is greeted warmly by the staff. The measures taken to prevent COVID spread are exceptional and appreciated. There is never a wait to see a hygienist or dentist. The hygienists are exceptionally competent and never judgmental about the plaque buildup on the teeth. Drs. Hecklin and Braden are great. They always look for pre-cancerous or cancerous indications during their post-hygienist review. They are sensitive to any fears the patient might have.
