My mom was referred here to Dr. Sood. My mom has a tumor in her right eye that can not be completely removed and where there is no vision and her left eye is completely blurry with seeing double to triple vision causing her to be more off balance we just wanted to make sure that there was no growth nor other changes with either eye. If I can give her a 0 rating, I would. I went to Dr. Sood twice and waited to give her another chance before this review. She was very rude, very dismissive and acted like she didn’t even want to deal with me. As a 30 year old woman, she was disrespectful to me. It’s like she had disdain for me and I didn’t quite understand why. I wondered if it was just me or if she’s just like that with everyone. Dr Sood is one of the leading cataract, cornea and refractive surgekns in the US. She is very patient centric, and provides outstanding patient care. I would highly recommend Dr Sood.
Dr. Sood provided excellent care throughout my eye appt at Emory. She was attentive, personable, took her time to breakdown results from my testing, and direct in her assessment and recs. Getting on her schedule took a follow-up call to the scheduling line — I was told Dr. Sood was booked tight during this period. I soon moved up on the waitlist and was slotted in when another appt cancelled.
