Tried to tell them they have to be careful as they tried to prescribe me Duolextine or whatever for fibromyalgia pain . As I have genetic testing that has been done and there are many antidepressants and SNRI SSRIS I have to be EXTREMELY careful with as I’ve had for instance a seizure from Prozac before and a few other medications have also caused me severe side effects that led to the genetic testing in the first place. I started seeing Dr J. About a year ago. She was unpleasant but did diagnose Gout and medication. As my health conditions were changing I needed more in-depth attention and care. Dr J Would not listen to the new symptoms or consider blood tests. She said nothing could be done to help me. I just went for my yearly followup and will never return! Our son had been to the ER twice in 2-3 weeks. Trying to provide older lab work, new lab work and information through multiple posts in his patient portal, the doctor called to tell me that the portal is NOT an email and I was acting like "he should be in hospital". (um, well, he was - twice) I recommend the Rheumatologists at Baylor Scott and White downtown Fort Worth who have taken the Hippocratic oath.
AWFUL doctor experience!! She absolutely does NOT care about the patient, at all. She doesn't listen to anything that comes out of our mouth. RUN from this practice, and fast! Not only was it an awful experience AND A WASTE OF TIME, they charged my insurance for things that never took place. Do not recommend!
I had been asking for my medical records , by phone and email ever since she told me I would be better suited by another facility , because I brought to her attention that I would like for her to address my medical issues as we being a team I was completely shocked by her demeanor I responded to her that I didn't come here for her to dismiss me as a patient but I was hoping for her to work with me and when I was a patient there I repeatedly asked for my medical records and prognosis of any notes by my visiting as her patient... read more
