It's odd to think of a psychiatrist gas lighting you but that's what this doctor will do. If you don't say what she wants, she interrupts you then accuses you of having other problems. One time I politely told her I felt uncomfortable every time I came in and was feeling anxious, she kicked me out and told me to leave. Dangerous psychiatrist that shouldn't have a licence.

Dr. Gait is an incredible psychiatrist. She is highly recommended.
Priyanka Gait placed my child on Prozac, then never followed up - even after my child was put on a 72-hour psychiatric hold for suicidal ideation while under her care. Further, she cancelled an appointment after the hold - I asked her office to have her call me as I was concerned about my child. When I later asked the office why she never called me, they informed me that Dr. Gait had quit the office with no notice to them — which left patients under her care to locate a new psychiatrist with zero transition time.
