Professional, pleasant and attentive. Very pleased with the results and the quality of care I received. Highly recommend Dr. Chui and her associates.
I have had some past traumatic experiences with dentists and orthodontists. I go to Dr. Chui because she (along with her support staff Joyce and Linda) provide a caring, comprehensive, trauma informed environment in which I feel extremely safe and heard, combined with the great dental care I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
Completely inconsiderate and do not provide equitable care, I missed one appointment due to personal and health reasons and I was immediately banned from visiting again without any real chance to talk with anyone or explain what was going on. Would not recommend visiting if you have ever known any struggle or cannot promise to be a perfect patient.

Dr. Chui has a receptionist running her business, Julie. This person is rude, revengeful, she blocked my phone when I couldn't keep an appointment, when I asked her to give Dr. Chui a message she said she would not do that. I saw Dr. Chui once and I thought she was a nice dentist. But I find really upsetting to see how an employee is ruining Dr. Chui's practice, and is keeping her clients away. Dr. Chui is a fantastic Doctor. Every visit has been efficient and meticulous. The team is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating with any questions or concerns I have. On my most recent visit, Dr. Chui discovered a minor cavity and was able to fill it in the same sitting, which was incredibly convenient. The entire process has been easy and comfortable. I only have praise for this business!
Dr. Chui is a very polite, friendly and professional dentist. On a weekend, I had an emergency. She is very attentive and called me back as soon as possible to go into her office. Both myself and my wife use the same dentist for more than 10 years. We would surely recommend her as a dentist.

I have recently started to see Dr. Po Po Chui and have only wonderful things to say. I saw her for a cleaning a few months ago and she was able to catch a major gum infection I have since been dealing with and addressing. I also saw her for a routine cavity filling and it was the best filling experience I have ever had.
