A 5 star experience from start to finish. We had to change all the pipes in our condo unit and Dr. Plumber is the only one I would work with for such an extensive project. They do this all the time and have a detailed understanding of what needs to occur to ensure a successful remediation. Adriana handles the business and they have the process nailed. We have been using Dr Plumber for years and Sam is my go to for plumbing needs! I wouldn’t call anyone else. Sam and Adriana are trustworthy, dependable, and an all around pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Very professional. Does not recommend anything that is not needed. Very neat in his work. Dr. Plumber installed two water heaters in 2 high-end condos, as well as removing unnecessary meter and replacement of valves. Customer service and support is exemplary.
