Highly recommended. Very professional. Does not recommend anything that is not needed. Very neat in his work. Dr. Plumber installed two water heaters in 2 high-end condos, as well as removing unnecessary meter and replacement of valves. Customer service and support is exemplary.

Called last week for a service appointment for a main shower with poor pressure. Mrs. Rossano graciously listened to the problem and was confident her husband and plumber could help. Mr. Sam Rossano arrived on schedule and within 10 minutes, had the problem diagnosed. Despite a few visits from competitors over the past year, he showed where internal valves behind the shower fixture control were not fully open. They did not have proper flow. Fantastic experience. Quick, knowledgeable, neat and clean. Sam is awesome as is Adriana. They were clear and concise with the plan and actually came in ahead of schedule. They repiped my whole home and you wouldn’t even know they were there. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

We called Dr. Plumber about the existing hot water heater in the home we had just purchased. Sam came later the same day, diagnosed and thoroughly explained the problem. A few weeks later we hired him to install a new hot water heater. He was very professional and skilled. His office was very helpful as well. We will definitely use Dr. Plumber again should the need arise.
