When I last saw him I thought he was great!
The dentist was nice, although he only spend about 2 minutes with me and my partner during our consultations. My partner was told she needed to come back in only 2 months for a check up but it was pretty unnecessary in the end and used up her 2nd cleaning for the year on insurance - felt like upselling. I also felt like the dental hygienist was trying to make my gums bleed after I told her I didn't floss often and I hadn't bled yet. Unpleasant experience although other reviews are good so maybe it was just a one-off.
I started coming to Dr. Palian when I moved to the city. A colleague of mine had recommended the office to me when I was looking for a good dentist. I couldn’t be happier with this choice. Amy, who works in the front office, is always welcoming and on top of things. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. All the dental hygienist are also friendly and professional. This is a very efficient office. Dr. Palian is an awesome dentist. He is very knowledgeable.
A remarkable dentist office with very nice, knowledgeable and above all honest staff. You will not be advised to do a procedure unless it is really medically justifiable - this is unfortunately increasingly rare. So this dentist is to be lauded and recommended for professionalism and honesty.
