Crumby customer service. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful. Not only did they not fix my phone screen after they told me they could, they broke it more! Then wanted to charge me for that too. They refused to let me speak with the technician and no manager was on site. Only after other customers came in with complaints as well, the tech came out offering to fix it for the original quote. No thanks. I'm never going back.
I took in a phone that worked perfectly that had a broken screen. Three days later, after multiple trips taking it back in for another look, I left with one with a screen just as broken, my money back, and a phone that won't work. Infuriating experience with these people.
Took my phone in last Monday because I needed my screen fixed because it got cracked and I didn't get it fixed until Thursday. They had told me my headphone jack, front camera and speakers were also messed up and it was a brand new phone. They told me that my screen was working, as well as my camera, and about a day later I noticed whenever I would try to text or be on any of my apps it wouldn't work and I would have to restart my phone.
