Recently I was evaluated by Dr Jones after seeing multiple specialist. Dr Jones actually came out to the waiting room and brought me back to the room. He took time and listened to me. Something I have not experienced in any doctors office previously. But most importantly he found the cause of my chronic cough and I am no longer coughing. Thanks Dr Jones!
We really like Dr Jones, however the front office is severely lacking, rude at times, and just cant seem to get it together. It takes WEEKS for anyone to get back to you IF they get back to you at all. Getting necessary paperwork/records is nearly impossible, and takes MULTIPLE phone calls only to have to start over every time you call. I dont know if Dr Jones is aware or if he has anything to do with ownership in the practice, but uf it were my office the admin folks would be FIRED.
