Dr. Athuil seems very charming and caring but he is Dangerous. He hit a nerve while injecting which caused excruciating pain for monthes and Every cap he did for me turned into a root canal within a year. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE is all I can say. He is pricy but I would have paid 10X as much to never have met him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Athuill for 2 years. I have had porcelain fillings done at a price of $1500 each. I was happy with the results. The office staff is very friendly and nice. Dr. Athuill is French, lively and has a great sense of humor, but he is not a dentist that is going to baby you, or give you lots of extra attention or express extra empathy to your needs, he is sort of no-nonsense, get the job done well, make jokes while at it and then zip out to attend to the next patient.
I encounter this website while checking the adress of my dentist on Google. So it give me a chance to recommend Dr Athuil. He is way from cheap but the result is here : this guy knows his job. I had all my mouth redone, with various types of works : veeners, crowns, etc. . Everything is perfect. For the first time in the last 20 years, I can eat some beef without needing a toothpick.
This dentist is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!!!! He charges twice as much for everything, I've paid 7000.00 out of pocket and have two crowns (not the kind that covers the entire teeth, but ones that go inside your molers) to show for it. I spent $2000 just so that the dentist can review how I grind my teeth!!!! The charges are not explained well, the staff is not very helpful in giving information. I won't recommend this dentist to anyone but my enemies!!
