Dr. Rotter was the orthopedic surgeon for my 84 year old mom at OC Global Medical Center. My mom fell early in the morning and broke her femur at the hip, her wrist, and was concussed. In the Pre-op, Dr Rotter clearly explained the procedure - he drew a quick sketch of the plan. He took his time and listened attentively to our questions. Dr. Rotter was the trauma surgeon for my daughter. Very professional and knowledgeable and took the time not to only answer our questions, but took the time to explain his plan, the specific procedures and what he feels will work better and rationales, and by doing so, it took off a lot of worries and stress. He was very confident and assured us everything was going to be ok. He followed up daily with her while she was in the hospital to make sure everything was going well. He definitely deserves an above and beyond rating.
4 years ago I got in a serious car accident, they told me I would need a leg amputation but he was able to reconstruct my leg and I have been able to walk again. Thank you so so much Dr. Rotter you are the best.
