WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with Dr. Philip Lai! He is very thorough, clearly explained hearing test results and covered any concerns regarding my hearing issues — actually addressed all the questions I had even before I had to ask them. WOW! Great staff and audiologist was terrific. THANK YOU to Dr. Lai and staff!
If there could be a zero star I would love to give that. Dr Phillip directly rejected my husband referral without even seeing him. Coming such things from a doctor, I don’t know how people will trust doctors. Really pathetic and disheartening. Be careful people when you go to him or treated in this clinic. Very very bad on a part of a doctor.
My daughter was with me in the room did not like the way he explained things to her instead of me about my problem though according to him I did not have a problem, he said he could not understand why my doctor sent me to him. Still having the problem, oh he told me to put olive oil in my ears once a week which I have been doing as I said no change.
