I've struggled with PTSD for years. Fortunately, I found the help I truly needed here. The sessions are structured yet compassionate, and Dr. Pellegrino's expertise in CPT made a huge difference. Dr. Pellegrino is an absolutely outstanding person and psychologist. You don't just go in there and vent, he has a plan and a structured approach that is extremely effective. He is kind, professional, very experienced and knowledgable. He explains things about how are brains work and provides information that is helpful in learning how to change our thoughts and actions.
