I have serious concerns about Dr. Garza's professional conduct. He performed an eye procedure during his final week at the practice, fully aware that he would not be available for necessary follow-up care. More troubling is that he did not disclose his impending departure prior to the procedure, which I believe was a significant lapse in transparency and patient responsibility.
I want to say thank you to Dr Garza...my surgery went well and I'm so grateful that you explained everything thoroughly and your surgery team made me comfortable without being agitated before surgery. Dr Garza I would recommend you to anyone needing eye surgery because to me you are the best and I appreciate the way you follow-up on your patients....Dr Garza I thank you, I appreciate you and above all I thank God for you.
