Love the customer service and great doctor.
I recently saw Dr. Mirmelli for a chronic issue I had with my lung function. Dr. Mirmelli took a genuine interest in me as a patient. As he conducted his initial interview and analysis, he quickly identified a recommended course of action to treat my lung condition. I have been to quite a few doctors over the years and Dr. Mirmelli is by far the best I have seen. My follow up visit lung function tests reflected above average lung function across the board - Thank you Dr. Mirmelli!
Terrible customer service. Was not told proper information regarding existing medications I was taking. I was charged and billed for lab work never done. My insurance had to call them twice regarding the overpayment they charged me vs what the claim charges actual were. They refused to send me a refund check for these over charges and repeatedly ignored my phone calls and voicemails. Can not provide test results or information for "labs" billed to my insurance.
