I like Dr. Mirmelli, he's smart, caring and professional. His office staff is not customer focused or friendly. Forcing a patient to come for an office visit during Covid just because I need a prescription refill for an allergy medication is absurd. They offered me a future appointment for a TeleDoc appointment with a new associate but they were unwilling to make an exception to help me get my refill. Dr Mirmelli and staff take special care of my discomfort and thoroughly explain all reasons why I might have allergic reactions. The nurses and staff are attentive, kind and very professional.
