If you want the best outcome for a big foot operation, then you get the best! Starting with Peta Goulding, receptionist, courteous, always willing to answer all questions, Dr Stavrou couldn’t get better. Thank you Peta. Dr Stavrou was a no nonsense surgeon, a foot op was needed and so we got on with it. Efficient, op was successful and I followed his instructions to the letter to recover. Waste of $250 referral for ankle replacement just wanted to fuse it. 5 minutes in his office no respect. Second opinion at Sports Med much better results. Took more time to explain and examine me ankle. Was so disappointed with this Dr. Stavrou
Great place friendly staff Dr Stavrous if fantastic
Dr Stavrou replaced my wife's left ankle 6 years ago and she speaks highly of him and his expertise. At 74 years of age she is pain free, walks every day and goes to the gym 3 times a week, something she wasn't able to do before the operation. We thoroughly recommend him.
3 years ago, I hobbled into Dr Stavrou's office in Darwin Private Hospital. I had serious issues with one of my achilleas tendons and both my knees had seen better days. Dr Stavrou's diagnoses of my conditions and his thorough explanation of how to rectify them gave me hope that I could live a better a less painful life.
