I am very surprised by the other rating. We love Dr. Sherrod. He has been our pedi since my daughter was born and my son was 3. He is very caring, my son had a check up today and gave Dr. Sherrod a big hug before we left. He explains everything he is doing to the child at their level. He also has a great staff and since I live close to the office, I can always get an appointment within a couple of hours when there is an emergency illness.
I did not feel at all welcomed or cared for by this doctor. It was the first time I took my child to see him and it seemed to me that there was a coldness to him, almost as if he did not care about what he was doing. He could have been having an off day, we all do, but I will not trust the health of my child to that chance in the future.
