The receptionist to schedule appointments here is extremely rude, I called to see if my insurance applied and she was laughing at me when I was trying to find care for my son who is very sick. 0 empathy and 0 professionalism with this office reception.
They are all wonderful here! Dr. Schochet is professional and very knowledgeable and always listens. I am so sad to change doctors because they stop taking my insurance :(
Dr Schochet is Good at listening, the staff is very kind and helpful with young kids who can’t sit still during appointments. If you’ve been advocating for your child and no one is listening then i definitely recommend giving this Dr a try. He seems to actually enjoy his job and didn’t make me feel like my son was just another patient he had to get through for the day. He also has good jokes lol and makes stressful appointments feel a little less stressful
Best pediatric pulmonologist in Texas. Doctor shocket was my daughter. Dr from birth til the age of 19, we would have continued if the insurance had not stopped us and he didn't only sees pediatric children
