Everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgeable at Ocala Eye.
My husband first went to Dr. Polack with a severe eye issue. Others had misdiagnosed his problem. Dr. Polack came in on a Saturday to ensure my husband's case was closely watched. He is the bomb.com as far as we are concerned! I was very confident in him and saw him for cataract surgery...both eyes. Not much of a talker, but a great doctor!
Appointment was for 9:15 a.m. I was taken back to start the procedure at 10:45 a.m. with no information that they were running behind just waiting.
Puts you at ease. Knows his stuff. Both my husband and I see Dr. Pollack.
This was an initial visit to Ocala Eye, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
Visit was for annual exam including routine optometric vision exam and Diabetic Retinopathy Exam. Facility is well staffed, organized with the latest diagnostic equipment. I experienced very short wait times between procedures and was kept well informed as to what each test was for.
Dr. Polack did an excellent job with my cataract surgery, considering the damage to my corneas from RK surgery 40 years ago. My eyesight is better than I could have hoped and I had no issues at all. Great doctor!
