He is always kind and answers any questions.
The whole staff at Ocala I have been great. I have had a lot of testing done on my eyes because they found a couple problems. They wanted to find out the best way to treat them. Just yesterday I had cataract surgery on my left eye. I wish I would have had this done way sooner.. what I really like about it is that everything is in the house. Dr. Morris was efficient in his exam, caring for my comfort, and answered all my questions professionally and completely.
Dr. Polack is caring and polite. He has performed my cataract surgeries. I was amazed to have such clear vision right after my surgery. I feel very confident in his ability to explain my eye conditions and provide treatment for them. He follows up and will see you promptly for any issues that may arise. The office staff is efficient and well spoken. I’m thankful to have found such a caring physician and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Polack.
