For my personal problem I was very satisfied with time element.
I am 64 years old and worked in healthcare. I can safely say this is the most organized and efficient facility I have ever seen. Everyone is super nice and respectful. They treat you like a real person. It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth every mile. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. I recommend Ocala Eye for anyone looking for a competent doctor/ facility that operates the way all healthcare facilities should.

This was my 2nd visit with Dr. Polack. I think he's very well trained but has a problem with listening to me. The 1st time I saw him I mentioned that I was having double vision but NO response. None. This most recent visit I, again, mentioned that I was having occasional double vision and again, he ignored me and left the room after a less than 10 minute visit. Timely, competent care.
I was extremely pleased with my last office visit. The staff was great and saw me on time. This was follow up after cataract surgery and Dr. Polack did an excellent job. I would give him the highest recommendation possible.
I was at Dr. Polack's office for my annual visit. We were monitoring a cataract. He determined that after reviewing the test and checking my eyes the worsening vision could be corrected with a change in my glasses. No surgery for the cataract. I was satisfied with his decision.
Very professional and friendly. Dr. Polack has a wealth of knowledge and willing to share it with his patients. I was really impressed with how informative he was regarding my son’s issue.
