Not remotely interested in helping me when I bought in my son. Kept me waiting over an hour and then looked at his computer while talking.
If I hadn’t known better, I might have assumed I was meeting with a Pharmaceutical Representative rather than a dermatologist. Dr Frederiksen spent most of the brief consultation delivering what felt like a rehearsed pitch on Isotretinoin (Accutane), outlining its effects and side effects as though reading directly from the product leaflet. Lovely, kind, professional organisation
Dr Frederiksen has been very thoughtful and kind to me. He could have kept me coming back to see him for check ups but wants me to see someone who specialises in my medical issue so that I can have peace of mind and get to the bottom of it. I truly appreciate his care of me and the stories he shares. His receptionist has been lovely and helped me when I got lost on my first visit. Worth the trip from the Central Coast.
