We discussed pre-operating screening questions and a run down of the surgical procedure.
Really odd experience for my last appointment. Set an appointment to see Dr Petratos because of a persistent problem. Was not seen by him—- someone I have seen for years. Instead a PA came in who didn’t know my situation or anything about me. She realized this and then went into the hall to speak to Dr Petratos. I could hear them talking and him just telling her that essentially I should leave and it’s not their problem anymore. Unprofessional and sad, I would never see him again.
I would call this guy Dr. only because he went to school, but I believe butcher is more appropriate. A simple gall bladder procedure resulted in a thirteen day near death stay in ICU. He chose me as his first patient to use a clamp he was unfamiliar with. This resulted in me leaking bile into my abdomen for two days following surgery. Fortunately I survived but I wouldn't recommend this idiot for even the removal of a hangnail.
Excellent Dr.! Saved my life! I was am emergency patient thru a Edwards ER, within the hour I was getting ready for surgery, as shocking as it was Dr P was confindent, informative explained everything the good, bad and ugly to me and my husband. It was a difficult surgery he did an excellent job, I was blessed to have a osteomy reversal at the same time as my hysterectomy and he worked very well with my gynecologist and again did an amazing surgery which was a success! I highly recommend him!
Dr.Petratos is an excellent doctor who takes care of patients, I specially thank Dr and his Crew(The team) really does excellent job/service what patient need with much patience and courtesy.Kudos to whole team. This doctor saved our daughter's life. He has been amazing. He made decisions that would impact the rest of her life, as if this was his daughter. We can't begin to thank him for all he has done for our family.
