I found Dr. Petratos to be clear and candid in pre and post surgery appointments, and extremely competent as a surgeon.
Dr. Petratos explained the surgery thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed.
It was pleasant.
Very informative and explained everything
After a few bouts of horrible diverticulitis and many hospital stays, Dr Petratos came in to my room and basically said… surgery. I knew he was right. He was professional, has great bedside manners, explains everything and very upfront about it. His staff are fantastic as well. Surgery went great and after years of dealing with issues I am recovering well and feel better than I have over the last few years.
Very happy with the doctor. He explained the surgery procedure nicely. He took time to clear all my doubts. I feel I am in good hands.
I could not have asked for a better bedside manner that Dr. Petratos showed me during my appointment.
I am pleased with the explanation he provided, he is personable, and professional.
