I’m pretty disappointed about what I experience today at your office. I ran into traffic so I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and when I arrive they said they wouldn’t be able to see me because I had come too late. I explain to them I was in traffic and it wasn’t safe for me to call since the Voicemail call center is menu options and it’s not a safe thing to be on the phone while driving and trying to use the manual option to get to a person to let them know you’re running late. I ended up having two appointments today... read more

I Have been seeing Dr. Abaci @ I.P.M. Medical Group since I moved to the Central Coast. I joined his practice which is a part of a group of Doctors called I.P.M.when my Dr. Retired. I began my treatment with Dr.Abaci in 2019. He is very kind and patient in the consultations ,and I never feel rushed. However,I have a complicated Health History due to Major Surgeries, and ongoing Chronic Pain issues.
