I’m pretty disappointed about what I experience today at your office. I ran into traffic so I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and when I arrive they said they wouldn’t be able to see me because I had come too late. I explain to them I was in traffic and it wasn’t t safe for me to call since the Voicemail call center is menu options. It’s not a safe thing to be on the phone while driving especially when you have a system that has menu options only and no bypass option.
