I visited Dr. Perry Klokkevold in his office at PermaDent for routine periodontics follow ups several times and I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The staff was rude and dismissive, the Dr. Klokkevold seemed rushed and didn't adequately explain the issues and his office intentionally overcharged.
