Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I wish she/they was my family practice doctor too! Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to call me back in a mannerly time. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
