I have been seeing Dr. Sullivan now for about 3 years. I initially switched over to her from a different OB/GYN from a different practice from whom I received poor care. Upon meeting doctor Sullivan for the first time, I was immediately comfortable. I explained to her that I had been trying to get pregnant since removing an IUD about 6 months prior. I had also had trouble gaining a cycle back after this. After an exam, I was given meds to restart my cycle and I was on my way. About 3 months later, my fiancé and I were expect... read more
More than a year ago a young African American female came to see Dr. Sullivan due to uterine fibroids. She continued to treat this patient for 6 to seven months with pharmacological therapy. For the entire time, Dr Sullivan did not perform a *$$%#@ing PE on this patient. A routine PE that could showed that the fibroids were getting bigger despite medical treatment. A abdominal USG could have showed that she needed surgical intervention. Fast forward 5 mos later, new Dr n partial hysterectomy. Sm
Dr Paula Sullivan is not a good Doctor
Dr Sullivan has been pulling me in circles for about 2 years now. On my first appointment with her, I told her that my husband and I had been trying to have a baby for about 6 months. She told me to wait a year before doing anything. After a year, I go back and she orders some tests. We go in for the results and she doesn't explain anything. Tells my husband to take some vitamins, and sends us on our way. There's way more, but I'm running out of space, so I can't put everything. Won't go back.
I was searching for an obgyn before getting pregnant and Dr. Sullivan's name kept popping up. I specifically wanted a female obgyn, so I thought I would give her a try. I was quickly comfortable with my decision. Once I became pregnant, I had a slew of questions and I was kind of a nervous wreck. Dr. Sullivan was always calm and collected and took the time to answer. She helped me carefully avoid putting unnecessary drugs into my body while pregnant. She performed my ECV and my c-section.
I've seen Dr Sullivan for 4 years for normal gynecology appointments. My husband and I got pregnant with our first child. When we went in for our first ultrasound and visit, she couldn't have been any more impersonal. She came in and introduced herself, despite my coming every 6 months for the last few years. There was no baby on our ultrasound. She gave no explanation for this. She was in the room with us for about 2 minutes. There was no kind of compassion. We left heartbroken and confused.
I would not recommend this Gynogologist. It was my first time to her office so I expected a wait but I was waiting on her for at least two hours and I never even got to see her. I was told to reschedule the appointment but their calendar was down so they would call me. I have tried calling back for a week, leaving messages and no one has even bothered to call back. Do not go here.
