Paula Sullivan/Rust is Awful! I had no diagnosis for something that should’ve been caught and cured a long time ago. As women we know our bodies. I asked her once about it and she said “it’ll fix itself” and wouldn’t prescribe anything. I wasn't diagnosed and cured until I recently went to another gynecologist. Shes prejudice and doesn't have a heart for everyon.
Dr. Sullivan is the worst doctor that anyone can come in contact with. She literally told my cousin that she might want to make plans on terminating her pregnancy because she swore the baby was not going to make it. Fast forward a week later & there was a pulse. Then come to find out that there were way more females that she told the same thing to. My cousin was literally traumatized from what the doctor told her. No bedside manner, the wait is extremely long, and not personable at all. She display a no caring attitude. Overall, not a good doctor.
Honestly really disappointed after my first visit. I’m 35 and have PCOS. In February I asked my GP to refer me to an OB-GYN because my husband and I want to try to conceive. I’ve had an IUD for a few years so I wanted to get that out and discuss my path to motherhood. I was thrilled when I was referred to a DO! On my visit the nurse and CNP had no idea why I was there. I called the office today to make an appointment. The hold time was extremely long. The customer service agent/front office personnel took my information over the phone. During the call, the agent asked me to slow down. She asked me to hold while she looked for the next available appointment. She disconnected the call and never called back.
