My name is Lloyd Masters and I have been a patient of Dr. Pavlov for over 15 years. He cares about his patients and listens to there concerns. Office appointments are fast and he takes the time needed to DX your medical problems. The rest of the Drs. are also truly concerned and they are all dedicated to there chosen profession. Today August 31, 2009 Monday morning at 8:30 I called North Bay Family Center to make an appointment with Dr. Paul Pavlov or any other doctor there that would be able to see my 11 year old son that has been seeing Dr. Pavlov since he was born. I called at North Bay Family Center on my house phone at 8:30 and was put on hold.
