I didn't want my daughter to have a breast exam. Dr. Benard examined my daughter and gave her a breast exam without explaining to me that he would be giving her one during the exam. That is not protocol... there was also no attendant in the room.
Absolutely the best pediatric endocrinologist in town. Helped our family and literally diagnosed a brain tumor in our child that saved her life. We are forever indebted and grateful to his thorough medical approach, knowledge, and expertise. Excellent rapport with our young daughter. Made her feel comfortable from the start. Cannot say enough good things about him and his practice.
While Dr. Bernard is a nice guy and a competent doctor, he is extremely conservative in his approach and does not do a good job of explaining the growth cycle and growth time line. Denied service to my son after stating because of Covid they could not have more than two adults in a room. The woman who said this was sitting in a room with four adults plus the three of us. I received a call back from the office manager Ray Hernandez following the denied service. In this phone call he stated they would no longer be seeing our son due to our insistence that both parents be present.
My child has been a patient of Dr. Bernard for the past several years and we have had a terrific experience with this clinic. They are very responsive and proactive, and go the extra mile to pursue all avenues of addressing our concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone. One of the very best practices we have been to. My child was misdiagnosed for over two years and Dr. Bernard took the time and came up with the correct diagnosis. We are forever grateful. Dr.Bernard and his staff are top notch!
Great service and bed side manner. Great way of speaking to adolescent 13 yo girl. Medical knowlege and communication were outstanding.
I had a great experience with Dr. Bernard's office. The staff is very friendly and informative. Dr. Bernard took his time to answer all of my questions and made my son feel very comfortable.
Not impressed with his nurse’s at all. Long waits to see the doctor.
They treated us like a third world country. Been going for 3 years and the staff is rude and reflects poorly. Expected more that what we received.
