I started with Dr. Cesar in 2015 due to a chronic migraine lasting 24/7 for a year +/- After trying a few different medications, within a year, my migraines were just about gone and only experiencing an occasional headache. Dr. Cesar is kind, caring, attentive, thorough and professional. Dr. Cesar is the best.
