I would never refer or recommend HSE Medical or any of its staff to anyone. I have been a patient for over 5 years and ever since they moved into there new office they are taking on too many patients thus treating you like cattle. Good luck getting an appointment and you will never get a follow up call. Recommend finding another Doctor who cares about you and your needs, not your co pay and / or money.

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
