I have been a patient of Dr. Shepard for over 15 years and have really enjoyed him, he is a very nice man. I do believe that he is just overbooked and not able to pay attention to the damage his staff is doing to his practice. I was in the office a few weeks ago with a really bad cough and sinus infection. While waiting over an hour in the waiting room, I had 2 different people ask me my opinion of the office because they looked online and found horrible reviews about the office staff. I just called and explained my condition.the VERY RUDE lady who answered did not let me finish and told me The doctor Cannot help you.I think WE as patients have the right to choose the doctor we feel is best for us.I feel judged and very upset by the way she made me feel She actually said "WE Don't help "people" LIKE YOU"......like i am below the Doctors standard as a patient.DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
