Dr. Revis explained everything and reassured me. His nursing staff is attentive and efficient. Office girls were kind and patient. People who complained about long wait times apparently do not understand that sometimes, when a patient has what they think is a minor issue, it becomes a much more labor intensive problem requiring more time than what was originally allowed. I don’t mind waiting, because I know I will be treated appropriately. Highly recommend him
I have seen Dr. Revis many times over a long period of time, and taken my mother to see him as well. I don't think I have ever waited less than an hour to see him, even for morning appointments. Even my barbershop, Great Clips, has put in modern software and scheduling systems to keep customers from long waits in the waiting area. Today it took over an hour and a half past my 10:10 appointment to see him. Never again! I will be looking elsewhere. Excellent. He listens and is informative. My appointment was right on time. His nurse, Rachael, was also friendly and efficient. This was a very pleasant experience.
He is the GREATEST! Why would anyone leave a negative review for such a talented, kind and competent doctor? My husband and I have been patients of his for years and we just adore him. He really cares about his patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. We trust him implicitly to take care of us!
Pleasant office staff, but completely incompetent. Nothing runs on schedule, after you wait months for an appointment you show up and wait forever. Dr Revis is great, but if you don't ever make it to him what's the point?!
I’ll freely admit that the doc does good work, but his bedside manner leaves much to be desired. When I questioned why his staff had failed to communicate something to me he immediately replied in a sharp tone, “well we can just cancel this if you’d rather.” After the doctor left the room his nurse, who was fabulous, apologized for his attitude. I got the impression that this wasn’t an isolated incident.
He was very professional and had great bedside manners. Really cared about treating my condition and followed up very well.
I ATTEMPTED TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY AND AFTER 45 MINUTES AFTER THE APPOINTMENT WAS TO BEGIN, I HAD TO LEAVE. I TRIED TO RE SCHEDULE FOR AN 8 AM APPOINTMENT ONLY TO BE TOLD "THAT WILL BE 6 MONTHS FROM NOW AS THOSE FILL UP FAST" WELL, NO WONDER. 2 WOMEN HAD APPOINTMENTS FOR 2:30 PM AND DID NOT GET INTO SEE DR. REVIS UNTIL WELL AFTER 4 PM. !!!!! OBVIOUSLY, DR. REVIS DOES NOT RESPECT HIS PATIENT'S TIME !!!!!!
Dr. Revis is great! All of f his staff has always been kind. I appreciate a dermatologist that addresses the issues and does not try to push cosmetic procedures. I am so happy to have a local, knowledgeable dermatologist. I trust him and love his staff!!
