Dr Frances has been amazing with my son who was born with a rare heart defect since birth. He is the kindest most honest dr I've ever met. Because of him and his team my son's heart was corrected and I will enjoy him my son now for as long as I live. We will miss dr Frances dearly when he retires, we appreciate everything his done for son. All I can say is that Dr Frances is awesome.
