I had a car accident in 2019, car accident not in my fault, i saw dr Paul Carney for consult as insurance company sent me to see him. He was so polite, like He wants to help u, but when i ve got report he wrote it was pre existing condition, but it was not because i never had any back and neck problem before and i dont have a medical history before.
