After suffering a degloving avulsion on half my face from a car accident in June of '22 I've had horrible nerve pain now for 3.5 years. On a conference call with my father six months after my car accident he told me he was confident my pain would be gone in "six more months!! " He also told me I was not a candidate for any kind of surgery. 3.5 years later I am finally being referred for surgery through kaiser!

Had a neuroma “resected” in March of 2024. Recent surgery in Chicago found the neuroma untouched. Falsified documentation is fraud.

He refused (neglected?) to see me and discuss post-op instructions for the incision. He wrote the instructions on an amended document after my discharge even though I asked him to come talk with me as he was supposed to do and what the nurse and resident said he would prior to discharge. It's the most egregious neglect that I have ever encountered from a medical professional. I still have not been able to speak with him about it, even though I called and called again.
