If you are going to notify people by e-mail about their appt. I would like to receive my notice 2-3 days before my appt. This time, my email came in while I was already driving to your office. My appt. was at 11AM and the email shows the email as sent after 10AM on the SAME DAY.

My husband and I received numerous text messages and reminders for our appointments. Although this may be necessary for some patients, we find that a reminder a week or two out from our scheduled appointment and perhaps one the day before is ample notice for us. Thank you!
