Julie, I spoke to Pat about this at Jolly boys last night. You need an option where someone can "opt out". They system is almost too much overkill and too many reminders. One reminder is enough 3 is way too many. I like what you are doing but I would modify it. I got your initial email and I responded saying that I did remember the apt.
