Dr. Bolt has always made me feel comfortable. Evertime I go to his Park West office the staff is wonderful. I trust Dr.Bolt and Ashley Self to give me the best advice.
Dr Bolt is very thorough and knowledgeable. Good listener. Office personnel need to brush up on communication skills and timing of Dr's availability Vs appointment time. I arrived at Dr's office 13 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Ushered back to exam room a few minutes before my appointment time. Nurse / aid went through my chart in 5 minutes and left the exam room. I then sat in the room for 1 hr. & 15 minutes. No communication from office staff during the time I sat in the exam room. My experience as a patient of Dr. Bolt’s has been exactly the same as all of the positive comments. I was so appreciative for how quickly I was able to be seen by him, and found his office staff to be professional and caring. He has helped me understand that more than one thing can be going on at the same time with my back, and helped me to put a plan together for addressing them. He listens carefully and explains in detail what he sees and I walk out of my appointments thinking that he truly cares about his patients.
