Dr. Gipe is a pathetic and pitiful excuse for a doctor. He is the worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. He's not only uncaring, but also an extremely incompetent doctor. I would strongly advise against having him as your PCP (Primary Care Physician) Need further proof...check out his mug-shot from when he was arrested for DUI
