This is THE most unfriendly and unprofessional office and doctor ever. My cataract surgery was like being in an assembly line. There were at least 10 of us in the pre-op room (pre Covid) and Dr McCoy literally didn’t speak more than 5 words to me.- or to any patient in the room. My cornea was scratched during the procedure and I experienced eye pain afterwards that I had to see my local doctor for sine my calls were not ever returned.
Dr. McCoy comes highly recommended for anyone with eye problems. We both go every year. She is listed as a Specialist Dr under our Medical Insurance, but does not participate in separate Vision Insurance.
Dr. McCoy is the best, literal miracle worker. The cataract I had in both eyes were bad within one week she replaced both lenses. Improve my in my vision is remarkable. Can’t say how much I am great full to her. Highly recommend her!

My son’s brain tumor was found because of Dr. Taylor and the staff at McCoy Vision. Dr. McCoy was the Ophthalmologist on the team of doctors who worked with his neurosurgeon. Thanks to his skillful team of surgeons, working under the advice of Dr. McCoy, his vision is fully restored. Thanks to McCoy Vision, my son is alive today with the real prospect of a long and full life. My family considers the entire McCoy Vision team heroes, and gives them the highest recommendation possible!
The staff is very nice and helpful. I was there over an hour but all my problems were addressed and testing was done. One of the best eye exams I have had.

Wait times were ALWAYS over an hour. I believe they triple book. The receptionist is rude.
The wait time is always over an hour regardless of when the appointment time. I had an early appointment, was not even called until 1 hour later, seen by the doctor 1 1/2 hours from the appointment time. She rushed through the exam. I had a couple of questions, but she was already half-way out the door to exit. I understand emergencies arise and some patients take longer than others, but if I waited for you for 1 1/2 hours, you're going to spend 5 minutes with me and rush to get out?! Geez
