As a knowledgeable person in the optical field I am glad that I took a family member to see Dr. Haller. Her staff was courteous and helpful. If you live in the Chillicothe area, please consider Dr. Haller for your next vision exam.
No wheelchairs for patient use. Either bring your own or find another doctor. This is the only medical office in Chillicothe we've been to without at least one wheelchair. I drove an hour to take my mother here and had to cancel the appointment because we could not get her into the office. A complete waste of time, and all we get is the standard "we're sorry".

Again, we apologize that we did not have a wheelchair onsight upon your arrival. However, if we had known prior to the appointment that a wheelchair was required, we would have done our absolute best to supply one, even if it meant renting it for the day for you. Our facility is handicap accessible, however in our 21 years of business, we have not previously been asked to provide a wheelchair.
Dr. Haller is absolutely amazing. The time she takes to explain everything to you and her genuine care is wonderful. If you are in need of an optometrist, she is your gal! Ps: Her staff is also fabulous! She deserves TEN stars. �

She is amazing with adults and kids! I went to her after moving to the area and immediately recognized an issue with my eyes that needed surgical correction. She referred me to a specialist at Nationwide Children's and didn't charge me for the visit. � Her staff is also incredibly kind, courteous, and professional.
